Roberta Rose Lovenwirth, Boca Raton, FL and formerly of Scranton, died early Tuesday at home in Florida.  She is survived by her second husband, Richard M. Lovenwirth.  Her first husband, Richard L. Markowitz preceded her in death.


Born in Ashley, daughter of the late Samuel and Anna Sirkin Feinstein, she was a graduate of Wilkes University and a longtime member of the Beth Shalom, Machzikeh Hadas, and Ohev Zedek Congregations. 


Also surviving are sons Bruce Markowitz and wife Esther of Pikesville, MD; Hal Markowitz and wife Tiffany of Scranton; and David Markowitz of Harrisburg; a sister, Evelyn Eisenstadt of Philadelphia; brother, Dr. Morris Feinstein of Havertown; a stepson, Samuel Lovenwirth and wife Jodi of Allentown; stepdaughter Sallie Benjunas and husband Leonard of Scranton; and several grandchildren and step-grandchildren.


The funeral will be Wedesday at 1 p.m. in the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home, Inc., 318 E. Drinker St., Dunmore, with services by Rabbi Mordechai Fine.  Interment in the Dalton Jewish Cemetery.
