Glenn L. Muzi, 72, of North Scranton, died Monday evening in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. He is survived by his wife, the former Gwendolyn Howard. The couple was married 47 years on June 18.

Born in Dunmore, son of the late professor Orlando J. and Janet Carter Muzi, he was a Dunmore High School graduate. He worked as a truck driver for many years before retirement. He was an avid CB enthusiast, known over the road as "King Kobra."

It was also a tradition of his to dress as Santa Claus during the holiday for family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Also surviving are two sons, Glenn Jr. and Jeffrey, both of Scranton; two sisters, Linda Kaub and husband, Russell, Dunmore; and Janet Terbovich and husband, Ronald, Mount Pocono; four grandchildren, April, Glenn III, David and Zachery Muzi; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services were private.

Last time I was with Glenn was at a softball tournament, we had a great time and even won a couple of games, sorry to see he has passed.

were in shock hearing the news of glenn aka king cobra on the cb world we all loved ya...im glad we got to meet such a nice guy.im greatful for the shelf you built us..im saving it as a memory of you buddy!!

I am sorry for you lose as he was a good person as I hung out with the 2 sons Glenn Jr. and Jeff.So I wanted to give my condolences to you and Family.

Linda, Just got back into town so sorry to hear about Glenn's passing. Had thought of him, yourself, & your Dad. Just sorry I couldn't catch up with him before his passing. Do not know his wife please relay my condolence.
