I was very sorry to read, on line, that Frank had passed away. It was my pleasure to call him a friend and I am sorry I am out of town and not able to say this in person. I have great memories of the week we spent in Puerto Rico.

Francine I'm so sorry for the loss of uncle Frank.
I always think of the clock he made me to tinker with when I was a kid and how it was my favorite toy ever. Love, Franco Fecina
