Dolores S. Fahey ,80  Dunmore, died Friday in the Hospice Unit of the Regional Hospital of Scranton. She was the widow of Thomas F. Fahey, who died May 2, 1992.

Born in Dunmore, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Donnini and Santa Bouselli Donnini Biagioni , and step-daughter of the late Louis Biagioni.

She was a graduate of Dunmore High School, class of 1950 and was a member of S.S. Anthony and Rocco Parish, Dunmore. Prior to retirement she was employed by Leslie Fay/Throop Fashions and was a member of the I.L.G.W.U.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister who enjoyed her family and will be dearly missed. She was an avid New York Yankee fan and enjoyed country music.

Her family would like to thank Dr’s. Kenneth Rudolph, Kenneth Jacobs and Jeremiah Eagen , the nurses and staff of the I.C.U. of Regional Hospital of Scranton and to her numerous aides and those who gave her
such dedicated care and compassion over the years.

Surviving are two daughters Linda M. Fahey and Ellen Ciullo and a granddaughter, Faye Ciullo all of Dunmore and who also were her dedicated caregivers.

A brother, Fred Donnini and his wife, Marie, Dunmore, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins

The funeral will be Tuesday from the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home Inc., 318 East Drinker St., Dunmore, with a mass of Christian burial at 9:30 A.M. in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Smith St., Dunmore. Interment  in St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Moscow.

Friends may call Monday from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Griffin Pond Animal Shelter, 967 Griffin Pond Rd., Clarks Summit, 18411.

Linda and Ellen, My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Your mom was a wonderful and fun person to be around. Years ago we had many a laugh. May God be with you.
