Anne M. Ptasinski, 79, of Dunmore died Sunday evening in
Moses Taylor hospital. She was preceded in death by her  first husband, Charles Springer and later her
second husband, Edward J. Ptasinski.



Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe
and Rose Coviello Sileo and was a graduate of Dunmore High School and a member
of Our Lady of Mt Carmel Parish, Dunmore. Prior to retirement she worked as a
seamstress in the local garment industry and was a waitress for many years.



She enjoyed watching her grandchildren participate in their
sporting events and was an avid Penn State fan. She was a loving mother,
grandmother, aunt, friend and 2nd mother to her “boys” from the
Dunmore High School Class of 1989. She will be sadly missed by all who knew
her.



Surviving are daughters; Cathi Mitchell and husband Raub,;
Michele Kujawski and husband Paul, all of Dunmore; Christine Freeman and
husband Hoby, Mt. Dora, Florida and Kathleen Ptasinski, Harrisburg. Sons;
Edward Ptasinski and wife Sharon and J.Scot Ptasinski and wife Debbie, all of
Dunmore.



Grandchildren; Robert Mitchell and wife Kristy, Scranton,
Justan and Torre Mitchell, Brittani Ptasinski, Ana Marie and Brandon Kujawski ,
Abby and Hannah Ptasinski, all of Dunmore. Nieces, nephews and cousins.



She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kayla Mitchell
and brothers; Joseph and Vincent Sileo



A memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday at 9:30am in St.
Mary’s Church, Chestnut St., Dunmore.



Interment is private at the convenience of the family. There
are no public calling hours.



Memorial contributions may be made to the Janet Weis
Children’s Hospital, 100 N. Academy Ave. Danville, Pa 17822.

Anne was a wonderful friend, co-worker, and "mom." She will be dearly missed by the many people whose live she touched and inspired.
